Seems that the special features for cars is growing by leaps and bounds. If a person were to choose all of them the price of the vehicle would be astronomical. What feature have you gotten a lot of use from and find that now you couldn't live without. Thanks for your help!!

I could never live without cruise control and power windows. Those are a must. The luxury feature I like the best is the 6 disk cd changer!

Oh wow, the 6 disk cd changer would be an awesome feature to have. I hate having to change the CD! Yes, like my cruise control a lot, especiall when distance driving. I haven't been too thrilled with the power windows. Half of ours are always not working!

Lucky for me my husband is a mechanic so if anything breaks he can fix it for the price of the parts!

Haha, being a young new driver, I must say the aspect i enjoy most is the music (in moderation of course) The capability to enjoy music while driving is a great one. I would love to say something safe like the seatbelt, but to be able to burn your own music, to your liking and enjoy it on the road is a far more enjoyable feature. Newer and more advanced methods are constantly being created. From 8 tracks to satellite radio, music will always be part of the vehicle.

I must have a pick up, because we live in dirt out in the desert. Also, it must have cruse control and power seats both sides and windows and an alarm.

I recently rented a car that had the volume and radio controls on the steering wheel which I really liked! But I liked the remoteless entry. I love just pushing a button to get in the car.

Yup, love that keyless entry! I bet the controls for radio an volume being on the steering wheel would be very convenient! Also safer, as the tendency to drift the steering wheel when you lean over to change them on the dash is so great.

Many years ago I bought a 1978 Ford Thunderbird, Diamond Jubilee Edition. It had all of the normal options, but the one I REALLY APPRECIATED was the Radio. It was AM/FM, 8 track, with CB option. The only thing about it was, all the controls were right on the microphone. The actual CB radio was in the trunk. Several times I would find people stranded on the side of the road. I found that the CB was invaluable in those situations. I could call and get help very quickly. Emergency response was quick.
