All you have to do is eat a bowl of Kellogg's Special K or Crunchy Nut for breakfast, another for lunch OR dinner, and a 3rd nutritionally balanced meal for 2 weeks Has anyone tried this and if so does it work? Is it really good for us to eat cereal like this? you can visit www.kelloggs.co.uk/specialk for more details.

I know someone who tried it and they lasted a few days as they got sick of cereal. It's just a new year con to get you to go out and buy their products. I was told by a doctor once that you get more nutrients eating the box than eating Cornflakes.

I've heard of it and I'm sure it would work too. I mean, all you're eating is two bowls of cereal a day and one decent meal. But, what happens when you go back to eating normally? I reckon the weight would pile back on. :/

I'd love to hear how you get on. I eat Special K in the mornings for breakfast, but I don't have it for lunch. If it works for you, I might try it. :)

Yes, I have seen it. Sure, you can most likely loose weight that way. But, you will be hungry, it isn't balanced for your health, and what you loose you will most likely gain back.

It actually does work, but only for the fact that it is low fat and lower in calories than actually eating a full 3 meals a day.
