Invite the local Mayor to bring welcome to a group of Toastmasters

The Toastmasters group is holding its annual conference in the mayor's town on a weekend. Toastmasters is a nonprofit organization that is committed to making effective communication a worldwide reality. Toastmasters was organized in 1924 and it has clubs in 90 countries with more than 215,000 members.
