Is everyone aware that our biological age is different from our real age, if we have a proper diet and do exercise, socialise then our biolgical age and real age will be nearly same otherwise our biological age will be more please give your opinions

this is one of those "new age beliefs" that isn't necessarily true and something that was just made up to support their beliefs
