For almost two months i am wasting my time in slepping and playing. I set out to do something but i loose my path mid way. I deviate from my objective easily.so i want to find a solution to this mental problem. I need to have more will power, is there any techinque to remain focussed on our goal.

sorry to hear that. i guess you are 23 years old. this is the age when people feel the same thing as you are feeling. what you need to do is first you need to find what job u like most, what exactly you want to do or which job give you a satisfaction. try to decide that first, then involve yourself into that job. it will give you an addiction to the job, which in terms wil help you to concentrate on that particular job. will power is your very own. just think about the future what exactly you want to be in your future, read some good auto-biography of rgreat people, which will give you a path. once you get the future, your willing power will come autometically. because you know your destination and you have to reach there by anyway. i will also suggest to do some meditation if you can. meditation helps a lot to improve your willing power and concentration. meditation doesn't neccessarily means that you need to seat for a while within closed room. you can do your meditation while you are in bed, before going for sleep. just try to free your brain from all thoughts, then try to close your ear and eye. you have to practise. i am sure you will find a good life very shortly.
