LOSING WEIGHT AND GETTING FIT

NO MATTER WHAT DIET WE DO. WE DON'T LOSE IT. THE LOW CARB. LOT OF PROTEIN...I know the feeling. All you want to do is plop down on the sofa and tune in to your favorite TV show....Then comes that pesky little voice in your head reminding you that you were supposed to work out today ... I WILL DO IT TOMORROW,, YOU REMIND yourSELF..Yeah!!...
