Confused............Gud company or Gud profile..plz help!!!

Hi all.... i am confused as to wat i shud accept , if on one side there is a gud company but not so gud position and on the other hand company is not well known but the position and profile of the job is gud. Pls help wat shud be accepted at the starting of career... gud company or gud position??
