What is your favorite Charity?

Shelters for women and children of domestic violence. They are everywhere, but still there is never enough beds for those needing to get out a potentially life threatning situation. These women and children usually leave with nothing but the clothes on their backs, it is not safe to go back and retrieve their belongings and doubtful that they are even still there. You can donate money..but they also take household items, toys clothes etc...these families are starting out from scratch, even if the items are used, they are very much appreciated. Think about that the next time you have a yard sale or are cleaning out your garage and tossing your unwanted items away.
