How different is a Catholic Bible from a Protestant Christian Bible?

I only know that a Catholic bible has more books than a Protestant Christian Bible, I mean regular Protestant Christian like the church of Martin Luther. Aside from that obvious diffence, how different are the contents of the two Bibles?

When it comes to the actual text, chapter and verses there is no difference. I was raised Protestant and my husband was raised Catholic. We compared our Bibles and there was no difference in the what they said.
