favouratism in work place

i like working hard and also expect some credit for my good work.but other smart workers take away my share.do you agree if thats fair??

No it is not fair when you work hard and someone else takes away your share for what you have done so I do not blame you for feeling like this as I would feel the same stand up for your rights as you are the one doing the hard work and you deserve to have your fair share of that.

Well I do work hard and want some credit. but i hate favouritism at work. because of this i had to leave my previous company. i do not support this at all.
