hey guys i have seen in the tv news that the players will now get incentives according to the performance. well this is a very good decision i think for the Indian team cause there are many players who are performing but still get a lot of money and i think this is wrong. but my concern is that if this happen then don't you think players would get selfish. like a batsman might not sacrifice his wicket if required. like say dravid is not a good hitter. so when runs are required he has to slog and make runs fast . but he will not get out because if he does then he will not get incentives and that will result in less of money.

Well I think that incentives are usually always good. They tend to make people work a little harder so they will get more money.
