my god!where is my money?

Today I sign in apple-mails and to see how much have i earned.but where is my money?I only 7days did not sign in,becase the net.why ,now,does the money disappear?Does it also a scam?

I think, at first, you can send a mail to the admin of the site. Then access to some bbs to check whether this site is a scam !
