have you ever suffer slow to non internet connection due to the damged of the underground cable because of thet earthquake that hits taiwan last dec 26? i really had a hard time conncting to it, i am from the philippines and most of the connections here shuts dowm.. it realy pisses me off. but im glad its restore now i guess.. just wanna know who are affected too.
