Miss Puerto Rico Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza

Well well I never know about this. But she is look beautiful. Did you know why she is winner? She is smart ?

I do not like Zuleyka. I watched the televised 2006 Miss Universe pageant and I was not happy with the results. The top 5 was not the best choice of canidates. Miss USA should not have made the top 5 at all her evening gown was dreadful. It was like she took a bow turned it into a dress and said this is what I am wearing to the Miss Universe pageant. Miss Puerto Rico Zuleyka...and this may be bias on my part but I am tired of Latin American countries winning with that said I thought her evening gown was also very ugly ans she could not speak English. How are you going to represent the Universe if you can't speak English. I was very suprised with Switzerland she seemed to be the shy bubbly girl who whizzed on by but also her evening gown could have been better....I think she did much better than she should have but was far better than USA and Puerto Rico. I was very impressed with Paraguay but her evening gown looked like it came off her window. Japan was robbed of the crown. She had the most charisma and she should have beat that horrid Zuleyka by a mile.
