I've seen so many diet patches that claim they help you lose weight. Some have Hoodia in them. I saw one on TV today called the Ultima Patch. Most only contain herbs so will they actually help me lose weight? What diet patches actually work? What results have you seen?

Personally I would not trust any of those diet patches or pills I have seen on tv. They remind me of the add seen in “The Enquirer” and are as unbelievable as the paper is. If you want an appetite suppressant then use some thing more natural. Eating an apple with a drink of water. Spicy hot chili about three times a week, lots of salad at the start of a meal with lemon juice for dressing. Simple soups, bread dipped in vinegar are all good for helping to control the appetite. Green tea boosts the metabolism. These are much better than some quack on tv. Besides the cost a lot less
