How does this really work? I mean how do they rate, how much do you earn for a posting a discussion, responding to a discussion, commenting on a response, refer friends, photos? According to my observation, the number indicated after my username is the number of people who responded to the discussion I started, in the beginning I observed that for every person that responded to your discussion I get 1 cent and thought that I have to get people to respond more and had to wait until I reach 100 to earn my first dollar but now I had only (30) but already earns 0.83 dollars, I did respond to a few discussions but cannot relate how this ended like this, is their a point system chart posted somewhere in mylot or is this kept a secret?

how they rate, i guess nobody knows. the number that appears after your name actually reflects the number of posts you have made. and how they rate it, nobody knows, it remains a mystery, ü hehe ü. but according to MyLot guidelines, they follow certain algorithm to compute it and we can rest assure that they worked long and hard to elaborate the payment system.

Thanks for your input, but I think this will remain a mystery and will be changing in time to adjust to the users behavior in this site. With deleted posts, responses to the discussions you started, your own responses to other discussions, it's really hard to find out the present equation. Nevertheless, I now enjoy the discussions and friends here more than to worry about this. :)
