Should pot be legalized?

My husband is a pot smoker and I am COMPLETELY against it. Do you think it should be legalized?

no i don't think it should be legalized but regardless of whether it is or not people are still going to do it.

I think that the only reason it is illigal is so the police have something to do. I don't understand why pot is against the law and alcohal isn't.
