Here Are Some Quick Did You Know Facts On Yawning: Reading about yawning will make you yawn. Yawning is contagious. Seeing someone yawning will make you yawn too, usually within five minutes. Most yawns occur during the hour before sleeping and the hour after waking. All animals yawn - fish, birds, snake, dogs, cats etc. Research has shown that at 11 week old fetuses yawn. The average duration of a yawn is about 6 seconds. Did you yawn while reading all of this? If you did, I hope it was not from boredom. I am yawning as this sentence is being written (YAWN).

Hi swasti! I think it is quite natural to yawn if you see someone yawning.I have heard that if you say 'yawn' a couple of times then also you can yawn.Yawning is caused by being fatigued, drowsy or bored but scientists are discovering that there is more to yawning than what most people think. It may appear the height of rudeness, but a study suggests yawning is the body's way of keeping you awake.US studies say that yawning is actually designed to keep you awake.Yawning enhances blood flow and cool the brain, helping you to maintain concentration. Here is some more interesting facts about yawning. 1)The average yawn lasts about six seconds. 2)Your heart rate can rise as much as 30 percent during a yawn. 3)55 percent of people will yawn within five minutes of seeing someone else yawn. 4)Blind people yawn more after hearing people yawning. 5)Reading about yawning will make you yawn. Good posting!

Yawning is purely based on ur senses Theres no control at 1st that anyone has on yawning Its assumed that yawning is basically to provide vetilation to certain muscles that are not well aerated Tho its jz an assumption
