For me the SPANISH race is the best because the trade profit in the Spanish race is the maximum and when you will reach towards the end of the game the gold requirement will increase drastically.......

i love the franks with there throwing axemen and cheaper castles, they are my strategy. i build a lot of castles as an outpost near someones base and pump out throwning axemen at the enemy.
