running time on DVDs

does anyone know on running time on DVDs,say it says run time 95 minutes. Does that include ending credits or is it just the movie?

Its the movie i'm pretty sure. I don't think they coutn the crdits, because the movies over right? The runtime of the movie? But thats just what I think.
