Vitamins are nutrients required in very small amounts for essential metabolic reactions in the body. Normally we know Vitamins A,Vitamins B,Vitamins C, Vitamins D,Vitamins E, Vitamins K . we know that any of these Vitamins Deficiency we are suffering from disease. for 1) Vitamins A:- Night-blindness 2) Vitamins B:-Beriberi 3) Vitamins C:- Scurvy 4) Vitamins D:-Rickets 5) Vitamins E:- mild hemolytic anemia in newborn infants 6) Vitamins K:-Bleeding diathesis we know that Fruits and vegetables are often a good source of vitamins. any other specific sources u know to get the Vitamins. ur comments .

Thank you for reminding us to think about our health as the new year starts. It is good to get your vitamins from natural sources. However, if it is not possible, a good vitamin supplement can be effective. Some good vitamin food sources follow: Vitamin A is found in dark green and leafy vegetables and yellow vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, cantaulope, and apricots. The B vitamins are found in whole grains, nuts, fish. Vitamin C is found in pineapples, strawberries, citrus fruits, green and red peppers. Vitamin D is found in milk, cheese, eggs, salmon, sunlight. Vitamin E is found in green leafy vegetables, vegetable oil. Vitamin K is found in spinach, lettuce, kale, cauliflower.
