I am from bangalore... this happened 2 days back... A pack of around 15 stray dogs chased and mauled a 8yr old girl to death.. the dogs were so ferocious tat they dint let go of the the girl evn after the locals stoned them... The girls scalp was ripped of.... i cant believe this... the local municipality should take proper care of this dog menace... and you ll laugh at the compensation given to the parents of the dead girl.. a mere 3000 rs...
