What do Admin MyLOT supposed to do with the cheater?

i don't think a person can cheat mylot with ip here i am planning to open a firm with many peoples which will work on mylot under my refference and for that i am going to hire a cafe . then those all people will have nearly same ip how would this be a cheat??

Yes, they can and I am sure that they are doing something. Obviously what they can do if the IP address is dynamic and not static. Really I am not an expert so I'd like to know sompething more also because I am working in a network and so I'd like to know if a friend affiliate to MyLot he has the same IP address?
