i love someone, but firstly i behave with her as her brother, but now i love her and i am unable to propose her . tell me what can i do.

then dont act like you're her brother. you have to cross the line, let her know that you have feelings for her. that you want to become more than friends. because if you continue being her "brother" then i dont think you will ever have a chance on her.
