No offense to people out there working at callcenters...here goes-- you see, outsourcing businesses may be of an advantage in our country coz it has added an opportunity of employment and what can i say... BIG like BIG amount of salary to be given away... i had friends working in callcenters but was shocked after months of reunion, THEY LOOK OLDER or ZOMBIES!!!! it seems that even though receiving an amount of wage, i didn't expect such results... From a friend source working at a callcenter once told me, that some of the management won't even give a damn to the safety and health of their agents... Well, that's where an abrupt schedule comes in, or rather a big number of call waiting (sometimes reaches hundreds) while small number of agents are taking it (think of the delay..). Then breaks are being cancelled and they end up in the hospital with ulcer (laughs!). Thought working in a callcenter will be swell, since the payment can meet everyday expenses (for some..), but in exchange---er... bet i change my mind in working into one
