Why can't we siply ban liqour.Our politicians are very much involved in making helmets compulsory they show they are very much concerned about human lives,in that case why don't they ban gutak,liqour,cigaretetesand beedes.
Well Dude the banning of these things will not solve any problem
These things will still be sold the only thing being the Government not getting any taxes ..
