How many hours do you sleep at night?

I will need at least 6 hours.. when i don't get enough sleep, i'm very grouchy.. but when i do, i'm very "high" in the morning! =)

I have a really hard time sleeping, it doesn't come easy for me, so I only have to have about four hours. If I can get more it is great, but if not, four will do for me. I can function through the next day.

Hmm.. is it because you have too much caffeine? For me, if i have activities that engages a lot of my braincells at night, then i will have problems winding down and falling asleep..

Not the caffine, I stop having that before three, I have always had trouble sleeping. I used to be able to go for a day or two and not sleep. I have learned a few tricks so now I sleep every night, but I don't always get a lot of sleep.

Unfortunately like you, i do need my sleep. Without it i get grumpy. Efficiency falls.. etc. I can get sick if the cycle continues for too long. If only i am one who needs little sleep!

Haha.. i always feel that sleeping is a waste of time to a certain extent, but when i don't get enough sleep, it's also hard to function.. i guess we just have to strike a balance..

I'm a morning person by nature, so i can never sleep past noon.. therefore i usually dun get to catch back my sleep in any case.. and the trouble is, if i take a nap in the afternoon, i end up being awake for a long time at night... it's a vicious cycle! =P

haha yeh i know. i feel the same way but i cant do without my sleep. too much sleep and i get tired too. sometimes after days of insufficient sleep i can just ZZZZ for like half a day thereafter...

5 hrs... daily.. and a bit more on weekends... to complete my sleep lag...

I sleep around 6 - 7 hours daily cause i have to get up early in the morning at 5 am so that i can get up and go to work. First when i not used to work i use to sleep for almost 14 - 15 hours everyday. It was fun that time.

I need about 8 hours, I wish it was less but I'm horrible is I don't go to bed early enough. I'm not good at staying in bed in the morning though

I sleep for 7 to 7 1/2 hours per day. This many hours of sleep is very essential.

I need at least 5-6 hours of sleep to get me through the day. Most nights, I do manage at least 7 hours but not lately.

On a good night I get about 6 1/2 hours sleep, however typically it's more like 5. There just aren't enough hours in a day! lol

It depends whether or not its the weekend. On week nights I tend to sleep for eight or nine hours. On the week ends though I can sleep for twelve hours or so. If I dont get enough sleep I tend to be really sluggish thoughout the entire day.

I need a minimum of 7 hours sleep at night.
