How many times do you PEE in a day?

Maybe the topic sounds funny or stupid. But as what I knew, from the amount that you pee per day,it can affect your body health. When you flush out the urine from your body by pee, in a way you already flush out the toxins and exceeded sugar in your body. From pee, it can stabilize your body back to normal.
So how many times you pee per day?
As for me,it's around 7-10 times per day!.What about you guys?

in summers it doesnt bother but in winters like now adays its like hell i gotta go every hour or so
