How to get over a loved one ?

Whether You've had sumbody close to you that has passed away, or whether u have split with your partner ?? please leave some ideas on how to get over this ?

you can't get over it overnight.there's nothing you can do to make you forget your sadness quickly.it's true that only time heals...
