How do we get experience without a job?

When companies are prefering experienced people how freshers will get job?if they dont get job then how do they get experience?

Maybe volunteer work. After I took some computer courses, the school set me up with a practicum. Otherwise you'll have to look for entry level positions with another company. Good luck, I hope this helps.
