what's the quickest way to burn fat!!!

heres how to burn fat: when you run,or do vigorous activity, youre body needs energy. its kind of a basic fact. so first the body uses up the sugar becoz it burns quickest.then it moves on to the fat. all you need to do is about an hour of sprints,jogging,dribbling, agility drills etc. and you should burn a noticable amount of fats in a few weeks dont do more than an hour or two at a time though, becoz as i was saying ( i wanted to make a point of putting this away so i could get into this next point) youre body burns sugar and then fat and then it moves into the muscle there are a lot of complicated reasons it can hurt you.

Sounds like you got the fundamentals down for losing weight, just wanted to added, that doing this first thing in the morning will help burn more calories through the day.
