Do you need self rising flour and all you have is all purpose flour? Then this recipe is to help you. This is how to make self rising flour. 4 cups all purpose flour 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp. Salt 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder Sift together all ingredients well, store in zipper storage bags. Can be used in any recipe calling for self rising flour. This makes about 4 1/4 cups. I only had all purpose flour the other day when I was making something and I found this recipe to use to make it self rising and it worked great for my recipe.
