Do you think computer games are distroying the kids mind???

I think some kids do spend too much time playing them. However, in today's world, most jobs require skills they can pick up playing those games.

Yes, these day's kids are more attracted to computers and prefer staying inside the house playing some violent games and this is a bad trend and they don't even go out and play outdoor games like before and they also don't seem to get nice physical exercise as they are not playing outdoor games and this has to be controlled by their parents before it becomes worse ....

It depends of the games that are playing.Kids should play only like adventure not violence like fighting its bad.

i fully agree that kids are getting destroyed by computer games. They are unable to ome out to practical life.for example nowdays instead of playing games like cricket in ground they prefer playing with their stationary computer and they feel themselves to be satisfied and happy. They are not only destroying their eyes but also their physical strength. They lack power of imagination too. So in the end I would say computer games are merely destroying the kids mind.

I would not say that computers are destroying their minds but if you have to careful about them spending too much time playing computer games. Maybe a time limit should be set on how much time a child spends on a computer playing games so that they do other things like spending time with family and friends and interacting with others. They should be playing with their friends or family or studying or doing more active and enjoyable things.

well i dnt think so. they make the mind more sharp and quick. when a biy plays the game, his reflexes increase and that help him in his life.

No, it is not destroying their mind, but it is making them arrogant and wild. Bcoz there are lot of games like wristling, fights where kids are really interested and bcoz of their innocence they tend to immitate the same thing in real life. Secondly now kids are exposed to more matured games like X-box Games where they have to involve themselves more and use their mind to the maximum extent. This type of activity make them think wild and think faster.

Computer games are good, coz it will help them to know more about computers frm a very small age itself. But with that they need some physical activity also for the development of a good mind and power. I think I'm rite...

It sometimes is dangerous.. But there are games that arre educational and usually promotes critical thinking of the kids. Its up to the parents part to limit the time they play computer.

computer games is among the mediums to enhance the children's mind..it helps them develop good thinking, logic, and good strategy...however, if playing computer games is too much, it cannot destroy their mind but it can destory their studies and their health..

i think computer games can be used to educate the kids but u have to guide them through.u shudnt let them go on and on for hours..that will destroy them big time.there should b a fixed time a kid shud b allowed to play and the games should be carefully selected,they should be creative.so,parents role comes in for that

because of computer games,nowadays children become lazy

well i cant say anything they can be a little informative and can enhance a childs iq but still they do waste time and affect the eyesight a lot

i think computer games has some benefits.. but it's not good to spend all of the time on it. i think children can play games but little bit it's help them to have an imagination..but beside that thay have to play regulatr games football basket ball etc..

well i disagree with u.... because playing computer games also helps u to use computers and its components... and as you said they dnt socialise .. well what if a person is playing a stretgic game such as Age of empires multiplayer. mode now he is socialising + he is using his brain to plan out how to attack or defence which i think improves ur mind skills.
