If you have invented anything what is the best and cheapest way to get it patened and marketed?

The best way is to apply for patent with the minimum fee and then look out for its commercialization i.e. for venture capatalist to fund the invention.

get a patent lawyer make sure you do not get ucked into those online places, they are scams. in most cases you have to have a prototype if not the lawyer may be able to help you find a production company good luck cost for license and fees for patent about $3000 usd
