i just ordered my dress from Target. They didnt' have it at the store so I don't know if it will fit. I read the sizing chart but i don't own a tape measurer so I have no clue. It said 28 waist and 40 hips. So I think that is right. Plus it is a womens size 6 not a juniors so i think it will be bigger. at least if it's too big we can pin it. Here is a photo of it. Let me know what you think.
