if facing a conspiracy to distribute meth..and have no priors nor drugs found

My husb had been incarcerated waitng sentencing on a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in south dakota!! He has never been in trouble nor they found drugs in our house when it was raited!! now we moved to california..after 9months living here..us marshals picked him up ..and took him back to South Dakota..i want to know if he has worked all his life and all they have is hersay..could he face doing alot of time in prison?

I would assume, they have some evidence against your husband, if not they would not have arrested him and transport him back to South Dakota. I don't think they would drag him back to face trial just on hearsay. Good luck
