Somehow when I dream I'm falling I never hit the ground, it's more like dreaming of flying than of falling, it's just it seems you can't control things well when you are asleep :) dreams usually doesn't wake me and I continue to sleep.
I don't dream of dying, it must be scary for you.

Honestly no it's not scary, It's more like weird. At least that is what I think when I do it.
Last time I had one of dying I was on Star Trek (No I am not a treky) and I got hit with a lazer that killed me. Goofy I have to say. Any way I just floated up over my body and I remember thinking, "Why am I dreaming of Star Treck?" LOL Then I awoke to the alarm just fine and dandy as normal.
It's strange being me at times :-)

Whenever I have a dream that I am falling I always wake up before I hit the ground. It feels so funny. It feels like I was really falling. I HATE when I have them dreams.

I always dream I'm falling and then the moment I open my eyes in real life my muscles spasm or something and it feels like I was falling and hit the bed.

OMG...I thought that I was the only person who had this dream. The weird thing is, I can actually feel myself falling. I dont always hit the ground, sometimes I fall into events, like parties, or stores. When I do hit the ground, I wake up and have this massive headache. I havent had that dream in about 1 yr. now, but it always freaks me out

Whenever I have that dream, I kick to break the fall somehow and the jerk from the kick wakes me up every single time. I can't remember ever falling all the way or bouncing. I like the idea of bouncing though. It implies resilience. I'm sure how that dream ends for different people says something about the way we deal with life in general.

wow.. i like your dreams. i always wake up before i hit something and it kinda makes me feel afraid as i open my eyes and see that the room is dark and i am alone. i dont have dreams of dying though but i have dreams of persons dying and i had this particular dream of 2 kids who killed each other and i felt i was in both of the kids bodies when they killed each other. it was pretty weird.

This is one of the most common dreams people have. It is so scary-- I wake up with my heart racing sometimes! Another very common dream is teeth falling out or crumbling in your mouth. Have you ever had that one?

i had a dream just like that when i was 10 yrs. old. Some said people it means that you want to change something about yourself. It may mean that you dislike something about you. I have read also in one article that it could mean that you have psychic ability. This i'm not sure if true.

Wow! You have much happier dreams than I usually do. I don't dream of falling very often, but when I do I wake up. I would love to see what it would feel like to hit the ground and bounce in a dream! *laugh* I never dream about dying and floating above the ground, either. That would be interesting. My dreams are usually pretty surreal, with quite frustrating elements. Like I am running from bad guys, or there is somewhere that I need to get to and I can't get there because there are obstacles in the way and the way is longer than I expected it to be, etc. I dream stuff like that a lot. I'm sure that there is a lot of symbolism about my life there, but I'm afraid to figure it out! LOL ^_^
