Doubt about my Paypal account

My account in paypal says it is a personal account, it says allows me to buy merchandise from e bay it shows two other account. I tried upgradig it to business account it says for a small fee and when I read the terms and conditions it says a percentabe of the amount transacted. I am really confuysed and worried is it not possible to retreive my payments from paypal please respond is it possible to retreive money with personal account or do I have to pay for maintainin a business acc

what i thing it asks for your sb account and the amount which you woe will be credited in your account if you give your password

do you have to pay some money yearly or monthly just for maintaining a premier or business account

PayPal takes a set fee out of each payment you receive.

A premier account is better than personal without the fees of a busines account. I have a premier account, and it works great for me for both receiving and sending funds. It also allows people to pay me with their credit cards.
