Ladies, what do you have in your pocketbook? Now I know this is not as important subject as Politice or Health Care and stuff, but its kinda fun. I am from a large family with 6 girls and 1 boy. We used to all go to Momas house on Sundays. One of my sisters, Trish would always have a new pocketbook and she would always be getting in to it for some reason or another. Sitting beside her once she looked at me while holding her pocketbook open but close to her so I couldn't see in it and she told me she had "important" stuff in it and ask me what "important stuff I had in mine. We laughed till we cried. Still today I can see her and we will tease about about all the important stuff we have in our pocketbooks. Mostly I carry my wallet of course and my comb and mirror. One tube lipstick and a few pens. Oh and my address book and my medicine bottles. It usually gets junked up with papers and reciepts and stuff. So what important stuff do you have in your pocketbook? And men you can answer for your wife or girlfriends if ya want.

I have everything but the kitchen sink in mine. I carry my wallett all the time in it and you will always find pens, notepad, address book, medication, and coupons. Extras that are in there are papers, reciepts, toys, make up, and perfume. My partner always says that if you need something and can not find it just go to moms purse and more than likely it will be in there.

believe what you want too but i've never seen the inside of wifes purse or pocket book whatever you call them and she has never seen inside my wallet. there's just some things that we believe are our own personal things and other half does not touch...

hhmmm, that's interisting, for the most part my hubby and I do the same except if he needs something out of my pocketbook and he can get to it faster that I can, then thats ok with me. I can understand the privacy thing now that i think about it. I guess i quit keeping personal things in my purse a long time ago, after my family developed I guess. Out of curiosity how long have you two been married? and thanks for responding
