Calcium is very important when it comes to one's diet, especially my own.. The reason for this is because calcium helps to keep ones bones strong.. When a person has calcium within there diet it also helps ones nerves to function properly.. It as well at the same time helps ones muscles, kidneys, as well as heart to function properly at the same time though to. I know when a person does not have enough calcium in there diet that.. It helps to increase the risk of osteoporosis. This disease actually ends up speeding up when a person has the loss of calcium within there bones. By this happening it can actually help one's bones to become rather fragile, as well as weak. Which can help one to have curved spines, as well as bone fractures to. I know that personally I make it a priority to make calcium apart of my diet as I would never want these things to happen to my bones. I also know that calcium at the same time is important because calcium is required.. For each cell within your body is able to function in a healthy way. Calcium is also important because it helps to contribute to proper blood clotting. Calcium also helps to reduce as well as prevent one from having reducing high blood pressure, it as well helps one to protect themselves against fighting kidney stones. Also if one doesn't have enough calcium within there body what could end up happening is your bones may become weak.. And also may end up breaking a lot easier. They also will break more easily as you age. Calcium is also important as it is required to help to control ones heart rate, as well as blood clotting, & muscle contractions. Also having adequate calcium may also help to assist with ones weight loss, it at the same time helps prevent colon cancer as I had mentioned/stated once before. In conclusion.. I think a lot of people tend to think that calcium is important as it helps to make ones bones much stronger & that this is the only thing that calcium helps to contribute to.. But what people don't know is it is much complex than that.. As it helps to make all of our bodies function properly.. If we didn't have calcium within our body there are a lot of negative results that would end up showing up sooner or later. The only way to avoid or prevent these negative results from showing up out of no where.. Is by getting the adequate daily calcium that one's body may need! I know that I personally try to get as much calcium within my body as much as possible. As I know I personally would much rather want to prevent all of the negative results that may end up appearing sooner or later. I think if we have the ability to prevent these things from occurring that we should take advantage of making the necessary changes to stop these things before they can end up showing up out of no where! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx
