is internet explorer is good for browsing than firefox?

I don't know about speed, but Firefox has one too many things wrong with it..when you have more than one window open for a long period of time, Firefox sends an error message and it has to close..I have both and prefer Firefox, but I hate having to keep restart it...

base on my personal observation and use, i say firefox is better. firefox is faster and more secure comapring it to internet explorer. that is just my view, i don not know about you. greetings. : )

Personally I think firefox is faster. Plus you can open up tabs in the same broswer so you don't have to keep opening up a new window, and have to navigate through those. Yes, it helps in speed, because its nto lagging. Also opera is good and has tabs. But then again, the new INternet Explorer has tabs. But firefox is faster, and has a better built in popup blocker. I hardly evey get popups, when I got like 20 an hour wiht IE. I would recommend the switch if I were you. But thats just my opinion, I have both firefox and opera.
