I want to stop eating so much

Ok so ive tried diet pills and diets exercise etc and no good so im thinking not eating for a while will be the way to go. im not sure how to start tho because ive tried before and i havent been able to do oit is there a way to do it gradually or stick to it?? I no people say the skinny cellebs look rank but i like them like that they look hot. Im atm a size 10 australian i want to be a size 6 or less. i need some tips!!!

Try exercising and spreading your meals throughout the day. Instead of starving yourself eat little here and there to curb your appetite. More importantly, be careful with what you eat. Try eating more whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, if you starve yourself, you end up slowing your metabolism rather than increasing it. So by starving yourself and then breaking your diet, you end up gaining more than losing. When you do exercise...the best method to burn fat is to do cardiovascular exercise (walking, running) that lasts longer than 20 minutes. If you do short intense exercise you tend to burn carbs that are readily available. If you do something that lasts longer and is more constant in pace...your body swithces from quickly available energy to processing the fats in your body and burning that for energy.
