I tend to be one of those people classified as a 'worrywort'.. As I know that worrying does not tend to be on the therapeutic side, I can't seem to push it out of my mind.. When you know there is something you will have to endure, bear, watch, experience, and worrying about it will not solve anything, it does nothing to help the situation, only making it more intense as the clock ticks.. How do you 'push it aside'? Or can't you do so, ultimately~?

Thank you for your response! I have tried meditation, different relaxation techniques, even anxiety medication..yet the worry goes on and on~ About the only thing that seems to do me any REAL good is through diversion..If i can keep busy with other things, not related to my current or upcoming 'issue', i can escape it's torment for some time, but, with that being said, it is just that -Temporary As soon as i lay down to sleep for the night, the demons creep back in..
