I am exercising at a gym and trying to eat better more nutritious food and I have completely cut soda pop out of my diet completely. It can have up to 170 calories in one Coke!

Cutting out soda from your diet is a great step! For a person who drinks soda daily, cutting one 20 oz. bottle out of their diet every day can help them lose 1 lb. per week. I haven't bought soda in over six months, and I drink it rarely. Another step I've taken to improve my health is trying to keep fruit around the house-apples, bananas, oranges, kiwi, whatever. I find that if I keep the fruit in plain sight, I'm much more likely to grab a piece of fruit to snack on than go for something unhealthy like potato chips or cookies.

I also go to gym everyday as a part of my daily routine and drink at least eight glasses of water every 24 hours and giving up all types of junk foods.

I don't go to a gym as I find it way too boring. We have 2 huskies that require a lot of walking. I prefer to get my exercise that way as the scenery is always changing. I do drink a lot of water. I keep a bottle by the bed in case I get thirsty during the night. I have cut down on the amount of junk foods that I eat. I do all my own cooking so that I at least know what is going into my foods.
