Exercise - How much is enough

How much of exercising - cardio and weights is recommended for diabetics?

One should focus on doing weights for maximum sixty minutes a day for three time a week and cardio can be done on other days. For cardio, there is no maximum limit, but it should be in sync with what the body is comfortable with.

My Dr. recommended that I walk for my exercise. This is a nice cardio workout. I also do the "Gazelle" where I can work on many parts including my arms. I do 15-30 minutes a day and find this very easy to do and I love how my blood sugar stays even.
