What is with these guys wearing pants almost down to thier knees?

Ever just want to go over from behind and yank them up for him? I saw a man step on the dragging seam of one kid as he passed him and off came the pants! I dont know if it was deliberate or an accident, but the kid was devestated, hiked them up among all the laughter anad hurried away.

I know what you mean. I see kids all the time that are in the stores that have their pants down to their knees, and almost all of their boxer shorts showing like that is cool and walking around like that. And it's like, man, pull them up, no one wants to see your undershorts!! you know?

i think it was in fashion i gues its no more....!it looks stupid!as if u need a crainz to uno pull up thr pants man it looks stupid!ur rite!
