It is a shame they aren't a more competitiive team. I suppose any team in the world would struggle against our guys. I was just amazed with our total being the highest when Ausralia haven't even played many 20/20's. Gilchrist was awesome with 5 sixes & 48 to his name. Enjoyed it.

When Australia took control of the ASHES, the Poms invented one day cricket. And I might add, they had the wood on the Aussies until we realised we needed different players to play the new format. England lost the title, so they invented a new form 20/20 and we thrash them at that. What's next? Underarm? No we're too experienced there too! LOL.

Well Australia played really well to make 221 runs out of just 20overs..thats was a mammoth total that australia made and was never chasable for England in 20overs...Well australia is a good team and very professional in there approach.they have great chance of winning cricket world cup 2007 as well.That will take them to 3 in a row...I think they are the best team in the world but there are times when they might fall also...they are not unbeatable.if they would have been unbeatable then winning percentage would have been 100% not 70% record.

that was an excellent match , great victory good to see some lesser nowns in the side , including white he did an excellent job batting

thats simplty because aussies r known for creating world records in every area of this game.
