Do you have seen Days of Thunder?

I've seen this movie lot of times, have not great story, but concern the motor racing (Nascar) and i'm racing lover!! In the cast they are present Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise and Robert Duvall (a Tony Scott film).

Yes I am also a great fan of motor racing. I have that movie on video. In Australia we have something similar to Nascar... only we race on road circuits. It is Ford versus Chevrolet. Our cars needs to be more hi-tech than Nascar in order to handle the road circuits. So we put the best of the world into them. They include Australian and European technology with American V8 motors. Every October... we have a big race which is like the cult of Australian Motor Racing. It is the 1000 kilometres of Bathurst. It is a 6 kilometres road circuit going up and down a mountain. This is the one which separate the men from the boys. I have recorded the 6 hour telecast of those races for the past 20 years and I am now starting to put them on DVDs. Those are very sought after as you cannot buy them. The shops only sell a 2 hours resume of each race.

i know this serie, is the v8 supercars, not? I've seen some videos about this championship and it is a very nice serie, with a great battles, nice cars and amazing track (like barthust). I'm so happy for have found another fan of motor racing!!! have a nice day friend!!

I started a website about Australia Motor Racing last November... but I have been too busy to complete it since then. I was a great fan of Allan Moffat in the seventies and already have a lot about him on the website. I also have some great stories about Bathurst. http://www.aussies-online.com

This is one of my husbands favorite movies.In fact my oldest son is 12 and he is named Cole after the lead charcter.This is also the movie where Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman meet and fall and love.He divorces his then wife Mimi Rogers and we all know what happens after that.Fast forward to the birth of the new baby and wife number 3.

Yes I've seen this movie alot of time its one of my husbands favorites. He is a really big NASCAR fan. And any film thats about raceing he has to watch.

like me! i also follow all the movie with racing, another great racing movie is "Le Mans", was filmed during one real 24H of Le Mans, the protagonist was Steve McQueen that drove a Porsche 917!
