The age which NATURE intended humans to be able to marry?

Marriage isn't a part 'nature' reproduction is, marriage is an emotional concept put into place by humans. Taking into considering animals reproduce as soon as they're ready I'm sure you could argue that the natural age is 8-14. Although as we know, it takes a lot longer for us to mentally mature! Do some people ever get there?! ;)
