How far will you go to try other culture dishes

I watch a show on the Travel Channel it's called Anthony Bourdain "no reservations" It about a guy who go to different countries eating their food. I enjoy the show because he tries just about anything. I was thinking to myself being a visual person to what it looks like, how it smells, and knowing where it comes from plays a huge factor before I even try the dish. I couldn't even stomach some of the things I have seen him eat. Have you ever watched the show? and how far would you go to trying other countries food.

I like to try differnet things But I can usually tell if I am going to like it or not by the ingredients. Sometime however you come across thigs you have never tried before so it really is a step into the unknown (like snails or frogs legs in France).

Oh yeah, see that right there alone snails and frogs is too much for me to even think about putting in my mouth even though in France it's really a good dish...
